In association with...

Specifically designed for mum's struggling with a picky eating child:

'Imagine finally being able to enjoy mealtimes again without the frustration of battling with a picky eating child...'

  • What if getting your child to eat healthy food without the stress or mealtime drama was as easy as following a simple 3-step process?
  • What if all the guesswork was removed around how to create a healthy meal for your child, AND how to get your stubborn little angel to actually eat it?
  • And what if you had a solid plan of action that removed all the doubt and worry around how to raise a well-nourished child, primed for optimum health?

This is what

The F.E.D. method

can do for you!

But, before I explain how you can experience those results for yourself, I'd like to share my journey into motherhood with you. Because...

 Failing my OWN Daughter

Forced The Development of The Plug & Play System

You're Going to Learn About Today...

In March 2018 my daughter Amber was born. She was a healthy, beautiful baby girl, and I was determined to be the best mum I possibly could be.

I breastfed, made sure I ate a healthy, well-balanced diet, and did my best to ensure she got everything she needed to build a solid foundation for good health.

Then came the weaning stage... and that's when my troubles started!

  • I tried cooking healthy meal recipes I found online… They mostly ended up on the floor!
  • I tried all the usual airplane noises and the…. 'if you don't eat this mummy will...' games. She dug her heels in deeper.
  • I asked for tips and advice from close family members and friends… Their suggestions conflicted, and none of it really worked.

I felt like a failure, and found myself asking...

 'What am I doing wrong?'

How can a trained nutritionist fail SO miserably?

With my confidence shaken, I knew I needed a different approach that leveraged all my training and experience.

Which is when it struck me...

I'd been through ALL this before...

...while working with a group of adults with learning disabilities.

You see, many of them had extreme anxiety around food, because of sensory issues and fear of the unknown. This caused them to regularly refuse food, and although their reasons for doing so were much more diverse, I had helped them overcome their anxieties.

Within a couple of months, they were happily eating a wide range of healthy, home cooked meals (which made such a dramatic improvement to their quality of life).

That's when I realised that…

...the REAL problem stopping Amber from overcoming her picky eating was

that I had failed to build trust and confidence,

just like I had to with my previous clients.

Eating, for a toddler, is a new and often terrifying experience. Consistency, confidence and repetition are the keys to success, a fact recognised by many NHS professionals:

It's important to continue offering a wide variety of healthy foods. Setting good eating patterns from an early stage will stand your child in good stead for the rest of their life.

Source NHS England

OK - Back to the story…

So I knew I had to help Amber build confidence, and make mealtimes fun, just as I had with my previous clients.

But I had LIMITED experience of working with young children and of paediatric feeding. My motivation levels were at an all-time low, and I was already struggling to find the energy to keep the day job going.

Know the feeling?

It's tough… right?

But (luckily for me)...

I got a

Work-Smarter-Not-Harder IDEA

"What if I adapted the same strategies I used with my previous clients to overcome their fussy eating and also developed a range of nutritionally-balanced meals that were quick and easy to cook?"

So that's exactly what I did. I had 3 simple goals...

  • Use games to build confidence and overcome Amber's hesitation to trying new food.
  • Create tasty, ultra-healthy meals that were super quick and easy to make
  • Devise strategies to deal with the inevitable mealtime tantrums.

The Result...

Stress free mealtimes... and a thriving daughter

who loves to eat healthy food!

Now obviously, this didn't happen overnight. It took several months of trial and error and a lot of frustration to get to this point.

But the important thing is that I now have all the resources needed to help ANY mum achieve similar results.

And what's more...

I've now refined and improved this process over the past 3 years with the help of other mums I've had the pleasure to work with as my private coaching clients…

This is the power of...

Your Timesaving

F.E.D. Method Cookbook

Figuring out which essential nutrients a toddler needs to thrive, and being able to cook meals that deliver all these essential components is tough.

So using recipes is your quickest route to guaranteed success.

Why? Because it eliminates the guesswork, removes worry, and cut's your learning curve dramatically!

I've developed 56 nutritionally balanced meals

specifically for growing children...

I've done the research using my knowledge as a nutritionist to create a cookbook containing a full month's worth of healthy meal recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

These tasty, ultra-healthy recipes were created out of my frustration of endlessly searching online for recipes that would meet the specific dietary demands of a growing child... and failing miserably.

Worried you're not a great cook?

Don't be. As with everything in The F.E.D. Method, each step builds upon the last!

Week-by-week, I help you grow your confidence in the kitchen, starting with simple recipes that gradually become more adventurous as your confidence grows...

… and I've gone to great lengths to ensure they are quick to make, with tips and advice on how to batch cook and make use of slow cookers.

Use these simple-to-follow recipes and spend more time on the things you love, instead of spending all day in the kitchen.

 Done For You

F.E.D. Method Meal Planner

You swing by the supermarket on your way home after realising you don't have anything ready to feed your hungry, screaming child.

You pick up whatever looks quick and easy to make, stick it in the trolley and rush home, guilty that you're resorting to the convenience of processed food yet again.

Sound familiar?

I get, we've all been there. And we all know the risks associated with these types of foods…. especially for young children.

But in case you didn't, here's the ugly truth…

Often referred to as convenience or pre-prepared foods, processed foods are suggested to be major contributors to the obesity epidemic and rising prevalence of chronic conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes in children.

Harvard Medical School

That's the reason I'm including one of the most powerful resources I know for getting your child (and you) on the fast-track to great health.

A Full Month of Pre-Planned Meal Suggestions

  • The Perfect F.E.D. Cookbook Companion - For those who want day-by-day guidance on what to cook, use your planner to ensure your child is eating a healthy, well-balanced diet.

Once you begin implementing these powerful tools into your daily routine…

...you find mealtimes become a well-oiled affair, your child will develop a wide range of taste preferences, and you'll feel relaxed and in control at mealtimes.

Truly liberating...

A little About The Creator

'Hey! My name is Morven Summers ...

... and I HATE mealtime battles!'

Perhaps we have two things in common:

1. I am a busy and adoring mother (just like you).

I'm grateful I've had the opportunity to help so many wonderful mums. I teach them how to build a solid foundation for their children through great nutrition, and how to overcome fussy eating.

But I also know how essential great nutrition is for a growing child's development. Without a structured system I would have struggled to get Amber to embrace healthy food. With such a lack of trustworthy, actionable advice out there, I had no choice; I had to create one.

I clearly remember how hard it was at the beginning, and I don’t want you to experience the endless stress and frustration so many parents have to endure.

I felt HORRIBLE and completely OVERWHELMED during those early months. That was…

I Developed the F.E.D. Method

I wanted to end feelings of failure, doubt and worry and remove the frustration of mealtimes with a fussy-eating toddler.

Now, thanks to the F.E.D. Method...

You too can have a roadmap to follow that will help you to get your little tot to eat a wide variety of healthy, nutritious meals, without it all ending in tears!

Kanhina Nyarai Mum to nia

A great teacher and dedicated mother

I worked with Morven one-on-one when my daughter Nia was a fussy little toddler.

After trying everything, I was at my wits' ends!

I was recommended the F.E.D. method through a charity I'm involved with, and it was one of the most informative and beneficial experiences I've had since becoming a mum.

Morven has helped me to understand why Nia had so many issues around trying new food, and, just as importantly, what I should be doing to help her develop great eating habits.

The FED method works, and Nia is growing from strength to strength.
